Hip Hop, congress, and the Global Action Project- Oh My!

September 25, 2007 · No Comments

Today Congress is holding its first  hearing about the images of women in the media.  The hearing will  mainly focus on misogyny in hip hop lyrics and videos.  The heads  of Viacom, the Universal Music Group, and the Warner Music Group will  testify, and Master P and David Banner are the only artists who will  appear.

Please post your thoughts on a new forum about the Hip Hop congressional hearing created by “Where My Ladies At.”  This is a project by the Global Action Project.
